NatWest invites UK customers to test NFC payments

NatWest TouchPay

NATWEST TOUCHPAY: 1,000 user trial

The UK’s NatWest bank is inviting 1,000 customers to take part in a four month pilot trial of a new NFC payments service called TouchPay.

Participants will need to have an iPhone 4 or 4S, a NatWest bank account, to be registered for NatWest’s mobile banking service and willing to provide regular feedback on the trial. Successful applicants will receive an iCarte NFC attachment loaded with their NatWest Visa debit card, with payments charged direct to their bank account.
