Aldi recruits graduates with NFC campaign at universities

Discount supermarket chain Aldi has launched an NFC marketing campaign at nine UK universities, with the goal of inspiring students to apply for the company’s graduate scheme.

By tapping their NFC smartphone on the NFC-enabled tablewraps, students can access information about the scheme on their mobile device. The campaign was planned by McCann Manchester, booked by Rapport Worldwide and uses Tabletalk Media‘s tablewraps.

“Aldi recognises that students are notoriously tech-savvy and incorporating NFC into the campaign not only provides quick access to content, but it positions the brand itself as innovative and cutting edge,” says Tabletalk Media.
