Android Pay requires secure lock screen

    News in brief

Google is requiring users to have a secure lock screen set-up in order to use Android Pay, Droid Life reports. “Google is taking this requirement seriously, saying that they will wipe your Android Pay account of all cards if you try and sign-in but don’t setup a secure lock screen.”

ok, not using android pay anymore. my money, my choice. if this is the direction Google is going I may be thinking my devoted, dedicated, salesmen like relationship with their products! Booo Google for this. the greatest thing about android is the freedom to suffer the consequences of our mistakes, don’t take that from us! make an opt out button for the lock screen prerequisite.
