Fujitsu Arrows µ F-07D

The Fujitsu F-07D is only belatedly getting NFC, after initially passing FCC approval in the US with a covering letter stating that it would only support Japan's Felica standard. However, a subsequent letter to the FCC states that the handset will also now sport 'RFID' functionality in the US.

The 6.7mm-thin Android 2.3 handset features a 4-inch oled display and a 1.4GHz Snapdragon processor and is now available in Japan from NTT Docomo.
