Apple Pay goes live in Poland with the support of eight banks

Official: Apple Pay available in Poland with eight banks — Thinkapple (translation) — “The official list of banks supporting Apple Pay in Poland: BGZ BNP Paribas, Bank Zachodni WBK, Alior Bank, Raiffeisen Polbank, Nest Bank, mBank, Bank Pekao, Getin Bank. It is worth adding that Apple Pay is also available to T-Mobile Banking Services users (they are provided by Alior Bank)… PKO BP announced that Apple Pay will be available in the third quarter of this year.”

Apple Pay may be coming to Poland and the Netherlands later this year — AppleInsider — “A tip and photos received by AppleInsider on Wednesday indicate that PKO Bank Polski is currently testing Apple Pay, and could offer support by the end of 2017… Several sources for Dutch site One More Thing have meanwhile claimed that ING will soon bring Apple Pay to the Netherlands, followed by a second bank, Bunq… One source suggested that Apple Pay will launch in the country on November 2.”
