Dai Nippon Printing (DNP) has licensed C-Sam‘s Mobile Transaction Platform (MTP) and announced the two companies will be working together to offer “a scalable and flexible mobile wallet solution to mobile operators, retailers and banks, as well as healthcare and other service providers both in Japan and globally”.

C-Sam’s mobile wallet technology has already been chosen by Isis. A white label version is also offered in partnership with MasterCard to mobile operators, retail banks and payment providers in the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa regions.

“We believe this configurable and fully integrated mobile wallet solution will leverage our existing offerings and provide a powerful globally deployable offering,” says Sakae Hikita, managing director of DNP.

“The combination of C-Sam’s comprehensive MTP and development services with DNP’s domain expertise and existing applications and services will result in a game changing mobile solution within Japan and globally,” adds Felix Marx, CEO of C-Sam.
