Nintendo has released a video trailer for Pokémon Scramble U — expected to be known as Pokémon Rumble U outside Japan — which shows how the range of NFC-enabled toys that will be available with the Wii U game will be used.

The video reveals that the toys will be available from capsule vending machines, and that different characters will be available from different locations. 649 different characters will appear in the game.
