Toshiba TG01

Toppan Forms and NXP were known to be working on an NFC handset based on the Toshiba TG01 Windows Mobile phone, but it was a limited-availability proof-of-concept product.

Described in 2009 as a "test phone, under development," the device was slated to use NXP's PN544 NFC controller and be compliant with the single wire protocol standard.
