AmEx cardholders in Canada are now able to make mobile payments using Android Pay, American Express has announced.

The move follows the launch of the NFC payments service in Canada at the beginning of June and the addition of support for Interac debit cards on 5 June.

“Android Pay is available for eligible Canadian Consumer, Small Business and Corporate Cards issued by Amex Bank of Canada,” AmEx adds.
